Our journey began with a simple question: Why can't a company help providers navigate the intricate world of the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) and conquer the compliance process?
As a former major partner in a home healthcare agency, I've experienced firsthand the challenges providers face. I've honed the knowledge, skills, and expertise needed to achieve compliance and help providers maintain and sustain it in the face of ever-changing DODD rules.
Then, a good friend suggested that I extend a helping hand to others struggling to navigate the review process. After careful consideration, heartfelt contemplation, and a few prayers, I made the decision to join forces with Dr. Lillian Williams. Together, we founded Focused Driven Compliance Advisors, LLC.

Dr. Lyman Montgomery is a true multitasking marvel, a renowned employee relations expert, and DODD Compliance Advisor to provider agencies. Dr. Lyman Montgomery has achieved remarkable success in business and his personal life.
As a certified life and business coach, Master Level NLP Practitioner, and Master Six Sigma Blackbelt, he empowers others through transformative journeys. With captivating live events, bestselling books, and international acclaim, Dr. Montgomery's influence extends beyond coaching. As a devoted husband and father, he emphasizes balance and unwavering determination to unlock others' true potential.
Dr. Lillian Williams
Co-Founder & Partner
Dr. Lillian Williams, D.H.A., MHHS, brings more than 28 years of non-profit, healthcare operations and management experience. She has extensive knowledge and background in strategic planning, operations management, program evaluation, financial management, business development, and risk and quality management.
Dr. Williams has innovated and implemented unique solutions for capacity-building, operational projects, and programs, built collaborative relationships with stakeholders and partners, fostered support networks to achieve program goals, executed improvement projects, transformed patient access to services, and streamlined operations for health systems.
She is a resource and technical expert in healthcare operations and has presented
nationally on healthcare operations subject matter. Dr. Williams has a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration from Virginia University of Lynchburg, a Master of Health and Human Services Administration with a concentration in Business Administration from Youngstown State University, and a B.S. in Health Services from Ohio University. She also holds certification in Lean Management Mastery from the University of Akron.
